I’m a pastor’s kid, and I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming ministry leadership can become when pastors are forced to carry financial and administrative burdens alone. I grew up watching faithful leaders wrestle with uncertainty—unsure how to plan, when to spend, or how to move forward without clarity or stability in tithes and offerings.

Over the years, God has given me the opportunity to serve multiple churches by providing financial and administrative support. In every context, I saw the same pattern: a lack of financial organization, limited visibility, and fear-driven decision-making—not because of poor leadership, but because of missing systems and support.

Alongside my ministry work, God also opened doors for me to work with startup companies across different industries. In those environments, I learned how to build processes from the ground up, create structure where none existed, and support sustainable growth without unnecessary complexity.

Ever Becoming was born from a clear calling—to use the experience God has entrusted to me to serve churches and Christian organizations with wisdom, clarity, and care. My heart is to walk alongside pastors and leaders so they can focus fully on their calling, while we faithfully handle the logistics.

       This is not just what I do — it’s how I serve.
